HomeAgain National Pet Recovery Database
Your pet's listing in the HomeAgain National Pet Recovery Database includes his unique ID number, photo, and description, as well as your contact information.
Lost Pet Specialists
HomeAgain Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7 to assist you if your pet goes missing. By calling our toll-free number, you have immediate access to trained counselors who can send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts and will personally guide you through the emotional process of finding your lost pet.
Rapid Lost Pet Alerts
The minute you report your pet lost, HomeAgain sends Rapid Lost Pet Alerts with your pet's ‘Lost Pet' poster to members of the HomeAgain Pet Recovery Network within a 25-mile radius. Our network includes over 20,000 veterinarians and animal shelters and over 200,000 volunteer PetRescuers nationally, ready to be on the lookout for your pet.
24/7 Emergency Medical Hotline
In emergency situations, get telephone assistance provided by ASPCA licensed veterinarians (a $60 value, free with your annual HomeAgain membership.) Essential for pet medical emergencies far from home or after business hours, this service delivers potentially life-saving guidance from veterinarians when you need it most.
Medical Insurance for Lost Pets
Medical Insurance for Lost Pets is included with your annual HomeAgain membership. Offered by PetFirst Healthcare, it covers up to $3,000 (less a $50 deductible) of medical treatment for injuries your dog or cat suffers while lost. Coverage is not automatic - once enrolled in the HomeAgain service, you must call to activate your pet's Lost Pet Medical Insurance coverage before he gets lost.
