Why do I need a zip code?

Your zip code tells us where you are located, so we make sure to only send you Lost Pet Alerts near your home.

What's a lost pet alert area?

You determine your Alert Area by selecting a 5, 10, or 25-mile radius around your zip code. We will send you Lost Pet Alert emails for pets lost within your Alert Area.

If you live in a rural area select a larger distance (10+ miles).

If you live in a metropolitan area select a smaller
distance (5 miles).
